| Stands on these special hunt dates will be assigned by Statewide Lottery for each day of the hunt. To apply, you must fill out and send in the application form on page 64 in the Delaware State Hunting & Trapping Guide: 2007-2008 by September 15 to become eligible for the lottery. Lottery winners will be selected by the Division of Fish and Wildlife. Lottery winners and selected alternates should meet at the Carpenter Recreation Area two hours prior to legal shooting time. |
