Travelling Exhibits
Delaware State Parks is pleased to promote the work of talented amateur artists in several locations throughout the state. The exhibits travel from the Brandywine Creek State Park Nature Center to the conference room in Delaware State Park's main office in Dover, and finally to The Biden Environmental Training Center in Cape Henlopen State Park.
Through April, the Brandywine Creek Nature Center features works by Michele Green. Most of her paintings, done in acrylic, depict scenes along Route 9 between Port Penn and Dover. Her work has been featured in several issues of Outdoor Delaware.
Currently on display in the Parks Conference Room in Dover are photographs by Nick Boggs. Nick is a native Delawarean whose work is mostly scenes from nature.
A photo exhibit by Lindsay Callahan finishes its Delaware State Parks tour at the Biden Center. Lindsay is an amateur photographer from Wilmington who has chosen a nature theme for this exhibit.
