Tours of Auburn Heights, the Marshall family Mansion, and the Marshall Steam Museum are available by appointment for groups of eight or more on non-event days.
Marshall Mansion – Tour the main two floors of this fully-furnished, Queen Anne-style Victorian home. Prior to the donation to Delaware State Parks, this mansion had been home to three generations of the Marshall family.
Marshall Steam Museum – Take a tour of the museum for a chance to see the world’s largest collection of operating steam automobiles. In addition to these amazing cars, there are scale-sized steam locomotives, toy trains, and more. With this impressive collection, the Friends of Auburn Heights give you the opportunity to learn more about life at the dawn of the automotive age.
Tour tickets are $7 per person for either the mansion or museum tour, or $12 for both. Call for information or to schedule a tour. Schedule tours at least one week in advance.

Your event ticket gives you admission to the Marshall Steam Museum, fresh steam-popped popcorn, rides on antique vehicles (including Stanley Steamers) and rides on the 1/8-size railroad. Tours of Auburn Heights, the Marshall family mansion, will also be available for an additional fee. The mansion tours will be limited, so arrive early to get your ticket! $10 per person ages 12 and up, $7 per person ages 2 to 12. Discounts and combination tickets are available.
