Fire Power Tour

Learn how the artillery pieces that protected our coast during World War II worked, participate in a gun drill, see a firing demonstration, and discover why Cape Henlopen was so heavily fortified. Limited to 20. $5 per adult, $2.50 per child. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Meet at the Orientation Building. Battery 519 Museum Tours

Take a guided tour of a World War II coastal defense gun battery and see the renovations to this historic site. Learn its history and plans for the future. Limited to 30. $5 per adult, $2.50 per child. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Meet at the Orientation Building.
