Can I have my wedding at one of your facilities?

Yes, we have several exceptional wedding venues to choose from. Please contact one of our Special Event Coordinators to discuss which location will suit your individual needs.

Where can I have my wedding ceremony?

We have both indoor and outdoor sites available. Our outdoor sites include lovely garden gazebos at Bellevue Hall and Cauffiel House, the courtyard at the Blue Ball Barn and the garden at the Judge Morris Estate. The Mount Pleasant Meeting House is a unique indoor venue with its curved walnut pews and original amber glass windows, and the Marshall Mansion at Auburn Heights Preserve provides a stately backdrop for your wedding.

When can I access the facility on the day of my event?

Three hours prior to your scheduled event.

Can I decorate the facility?

Yes. Our Special Events Coordinators will give you detailed information regarding decorations.

Do you offer wedding packages?

No.

Can I bring in my own food or catering service?

No. You may choose a catering service from our list of certified caterers.

Why do I have to use one of your caterers?

Our certified caterers have managed many events at our sites. They are familiar with details of the venues, our certified tent vendors, our staff and our policies and procedures. This allows you to focus on the details of your event such as menu choices and other planning ideas which will make your wedding very special.

What does your rental fee include?

The rental fee includes exclusive use of the facility and grounds for the duration of your event, as well as all tables and chairs within the facility.

How can I secure a date for my special event?

Return your completed reservation forms and deposit reserve to your wedding date.

Do I have to schedule a tour to view the facility?

Yes, please contact one of our Special Event Coordinators at (302)761-6952.

After I book my special event what should I expect from your special events coordinator?

At any time after you reserve your date, our Special Event Coordinators are available to answer your questions regarding all aspects of your event e.g. decorations, set up, food service. Your Special Events Coordinator will arrange for the on-site event planning meeting once you have chosen your caterer and meet meet you onsite with your florist, photographer and musician, as necessary.

Can I have a rehearsal prior to my wedding day?

Yes.

Do I have to rent the entire facility for my event?

This depends on the number of guests. Our Special Events Coordinator will discuss options for your event.

Will your facility accommodate my large guest list?

The occupancy limit is different at each location; total capacity for each site is included on the Site Details page for each of our venues.

Can I set up an outdoor tent for my wedding?

Yes, please see our approved tent vendor list.

Can I supply my own alcohol?

Yes.

Do you book more than one event per day?

No. This gives you the flexibility to select your own time for your wedding or event.
