Visit the ONLY Civil War gift shop in Delaware, at Fort Delaware State Park.

The new store is conveniently located on the mainland, just 20 minutes southeast of Newark, DE in Delaware City, at 45 Clinton Street. The shop offers truly unique items for the history buff in your family or anyone with an interest in Delaware's past. Items include authentic reproduction swords, plus non-firing pistols and rifles from both the Union and Confederate Armies.

True Civil War enthusiasts will love the beautiful marble chessboard with pewter Civil War figures. Also available is an authentic cannon and limber set. The shop provides a unique mix of history-oriented books; among them are first editions of Unlikely Allies, a detailed history of the Fort by local historian Dale Fetzer. We also offer signed copies of Gods and Generals by Jeff Shara.

Civil War silk ties and cufflinks make beautiful gifts for the "buff" on your list. The Civil War shop also features Americana-themed pottery, trays, birdhouses and candles. Souvenirs such as hats, T-shirts, sweatshirts and mugs are also on hand to help you remember the day you spent at Fort Delaware.

Directions: Store location- Take 95 South to Rt. 1 South, Exit 152. Left off ramp onto Rt. 72. Rt. 72 turns then into Rt. 9 South and takes you right into Delaware City. Turn left at traffic light (Clinton Street). Gift shop at end of road on right.
