How do I make a reservation?

• Cottage reservations may be placed online (credit card only) through our online reservation system
• Reservations may also be placed by calling toll-free 877-98-PARKS and following the prompts.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

• Reservations can be made up to seven months before your arrival date.
• For the convenience of our renters, six cottages are designated as Saturday to Saturday rentals and six are Sunday to Sunday.

How do I pay?

A minimum deposit of one-half the rental fee is required at the time of reservation.  The balance is due at least 60 days before your arrival date when reserving with a credit card and 70 days when reserving with a check.  If the balance is not paid, the deposit will be forfeited and the reservation cancelled. Weekend rentals require payment in full at the time of reservation.

What if I have to cancel?

• A reservation cancelled 121 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will incur a $300 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than120 days before the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the deposit (50% of rental fee).
• Cancellations made on or after the arrival date will receive no refunds.

Is there a security or damage deposit?

• Upon arrival, the renter will be asked to leave a $200 damage deposit.  The deposit will be returned after a satisfactory final inspection of the property.
• Payment for repairs will be deducted from the damage deposit.  The renter will also be liable for damages in excess of $200.
• Deposits paid by credit card will be refunded immediately after inspection.  Deposits paid by cash or check will be refunded within 30 days.
