MayFair features a variety of artistic expression and original work by members of Delaware By Hand. Artists provide demonstrations, workshops, readings and hands-on activities throughout the day. MayFair is free with paid admission to the park; most activities take place indoors, so it will be held rain or shine.

- 11 -11:30 a.m. Brandywine Center for Dance (Dance showcase with audience interaction)
- Noon – 1 p.m. The JazzChords of Calloway (Jazz: Swing, Rock, Pop, Bossa Nova and Ballad styles)
- 1:30 – 2 p.m. CACC Folk Dance Troupe (Children's Chinese Folk Dance)
- 2:30-3:30 p.m. The Pleasure (Original and Popular Alternative Rock)
- 4:30-5:30 p.m. AbleArts (Delaware's Premier Disabled Theater Company)
Sunday:
- Noon – 12:30 p.m. The Movement Workshop (Teen and Adult Tap, Karate Presentation)
- 12:45-1:15 p.m. Chapel Street Players (Relative Strangers by Sheri Wilner, Produced by special arrangement with Playscripts, Inc.)
