About Cape Henlopen State Park Summer Camps

Mail-in registration begins March 1.
Walk-in registrations will be accepted March 15.

How to Register

To register, download a registration packet, or pick one up at the Seaside Nature Center, and complete the form. A fully-completed registration form and payment are required for each child.Registration is accepted in person, by mail or fax, or scanned by email. Paperwork will not be processed until full payment is received.

Be sure to indicate on each registration form the camp date, title, and fee.

All registrations postmarked on or before March 1 will be given equal preference and will be processed randomly. Registrations postmarked after March 1 will be processed in the order submitted. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days before the start of camp in order to receive a refund. Cancellations or rescheduling will be subject to a $30 administrative fee.

Senior Camp: Cape Challenge

Monday, August 03, 2015 to Friday, August 07, 2015
Camp Day: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Ages: 10 to 12
Cost: $200 per camper

About the Program: Are you up to the challenge? With teamwork and hustle, you can conquer some of the challenges of living in the wild side of the park. $200

Junior Camp: Digging Nature

Monday, August 10, 2015 to Friday, August 14, 2015
Camp Day: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Ages: 7 to 8
Cost: $185 per camper

About the Program: Discover the mysteries of land and shore from the ground up as we dig into the nature of the habitats of Cape Henlopen.

Junior Camp: Moving into Nature

Monday, August 17, 2015 to Friday, August 21, 2015
Camp Day: 9 a.m. Noon
Ages: 5 to 6
Cost: $100 per camper

About the Program: Get ready to move through the different habitats of Cape Henlopen as we discover why so many animals call the park their home.
*Campers must have completed kindergarten.
