Before care is available 8 to 9 a.m., Monday through Friday for an additional $35 per week or $10 per day.

To register, download a registration packet and complete the form. The registration form must be completely filled out and payment (credit card preferred) received to register your camper.

  • E-mail and faxed registrations will be accepted. Mailed-in registration cannot be guaranteed a spot.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and requests to reschedule must be received no fewer than 30 days before camp begins and will be subject to an administrative fee. There will be no refunds or rescheduling within 30 days of the start of camp.

Creekin’ for Critters Half-Day Discovery Camp


For ages 4 to 6
June 18–22
9 a.m.–1 p.m.
We will spend lots of time in and near the creek looking for critters big and small. Our days may include puppet play, stories, crafts, outside play, and time to make new friends. Campers must bring a lunch! Location: Nature Center.

Wilderness Survival Full-Day Adventure Camp - FULL


For ages 7 to 9
June 18–22
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Do you have the skills to survive in the wild? Spend the week making shelters, wayfinding, filtering water and learning many things that will help you to survive in a wilderness setting. Make your own survival bracelet and hiking stick to use while exploring the wilderness or your local park. Location: Nature Center/Robinson House

Caring for Critters: Pets and Wildlife Full-Day Discovery Camp - FULL


For ages 5 to 7
June 25–29
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Caring for animals can mean feeding or brushing your own pet or filling bird feeders and making habitat for wild animals. This camp will explore the differences between wild animals and pets and how we care for both. Lots of outdoor play near the creek, crafts, and live animal guests will be a part of this camp. Location: Nature Center.

Working with Animals Full-Day Adventure Camp - FULL


For ages 8 to 11
June 25–29
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
If you ever wonder what it’s like to work on a farm or be a veterinarian, this is the career camp for you! Explore ways people work with animals such as dogs, bats, goats, and butterflies. This camp includes creek-time, games, field trips, and an up- close encounter with live birds. Location: Nature Center/Robinson House

Ultimate Games Full-Day Adventure Camp (two-day camp) - CANCELLED

July 5 and 6
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Put on your game face for this week of games, relays, team building activities and exploring the creek. On Friday we will travel to Lums Pond for a friendly competition with the camps from Lums Pond and Bellevue. White Clay is the reigning tri-park champion; join our winning team! Campers must be able to swim. Location: Nature Center/Robinson House

Knights, Gnomes and Fairies in the White Clay Kingdom Full-Day Discovery Camp - FULL


For ages 6 to 8
July 9–13
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Explore the “kingdom” of the White Clay Valley making gnome or fairy homes and castles from natural materials. Bring your imagination to life in this fun-filled week of creek and forest exploration, games, crafts, and more. Location: Nature Center

Adventure Rangers Full-Day Adventure Camp - FULL


For ages 9 to 12
July 9–13
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Challenge yourself to tackle the tasks of a park ranger in this camp about adventures and conservation in the parks. Includes an exciting adventure on a rescue boat, kayaking at Lums Pond, and learning how to track animals in the park. Campers must be able to swim. Location: Nature Center/ Robinson House

Stream Splashers Half-Day Discovery Camp


For ages 4 to 6
July 16–20
9 a.m.–1 p.m.
There is nothing like a good splash in the creek in the summer. Lots of water play, plenty of creek time, puppet play, stories, crafts, outside play, and time to make new friends. Campers must bring a lunch! Location: Nature Center.

Mines & Minerals: Stream Explorers Full-Day Discovery Camp - FULL


For ages 7 to 9
July 16–20
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Are you familiar with things like obsidian and mycelium in the virtual world? How great would it be to see and touch the real thing in the natural world? Explore the “biomes” of the White Clay Creek and have hands-on fun constructing, experimenting, and playing with minerals, water and more. Location: Nature Center/Robinson House.

Outdoor Adventure Skills Full-Day Adventure Camp


For ages 11 to 14
July 23–27
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Challenge yourself on land and water as we climb rocks at Alapocas Run, kayak at Lums Pond and mountain bike at White Clay. We will finish the week with a bike ride to a cool spot in town. Campers must bring a properly fitted CPSC-approved helmet, and must be able to swim. Location: Nature Center/Robinson House

Fantastic Frogs and Feathers Full-Day Discovery Camp - FULL


For ages 5 to 7
July 23–27
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Campers get ready to search for frogs with nets, dig for treasure along the creek, learn about our feathered friends, and make frog crafts in this one-of-a-kind camp. Campers will get to see a live bird show! Location: Nature Center

Single Track Shredders: WCCSP Mountain Bike Focused Camp


For ages 12 to 15
July 30–August 3
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
This camp is specifically designed for bikers with six or more miles all-terrain experience. Join other avid young bikers from the region for a week-long mountain biking experience. The week includes rides at White Clay Creek, Brandywine Creek and Middle Run trails. Bike repair clinic, riding techniques clinic, a visit to a bike shop and coolin’ off in the creek are all part of this mountain bike week. Campers should bring their own bike (bikes are also available to borrow) and must bring a properly fitted CPSC-approved helmet and bike gloves. Bikers must be able to bike six plus miles over varied terrain, and must be able to swim. Location: Nature Center/Robinson House

Creek Creations Full-Day Discovery Camp - FULL


For ages 6 to 8
July 30–August 3
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Campers will spend plenty of time playing and exploring the creek. Then, using supplies from the natural world like clay, leaves and vines, we’ll make beautiful creations of all shapes and sizes. Campers need to bring imagination, creativity, and willingness to explore our natural world. Location: Nature Center

Pirates Treasures: Stream Explorers Full-Day Discovery Camp - FULL


For ages 6 to 8
August 6–10
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Argh you ready for a pirate week? Spend a week at the creek searching for treasure, panning for gems in the creek, and meeting new friends. Campers will learn about the incredible treasures that make up our natural world. Location: Nature Center

White Clay Creek Survivor - FULL


For ages 9 to 12
August 6–10
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Camp WCC Survivor combines the challenge of survival with the spirit of competition. Make your own raft, get first-hand experience in wilderness survival, boating, fishing, outdoor cooking, and much more. Teamwork and leadership are key to surviving this week. Must be able to swim. Location: Nature Center/ Robinson House.

Camp Awesome! - FULL


For ages 8 to 10
August 13–17
9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Try a little bit of everything in this fun-filled camp! Kids will go tubing, explore the woods, pan for creek gems, make nature gnomes, play games, go fishing, use their imaginations to create amazing art and meet some charming critters. Campers must be able to swim. Location: Nature Center/Robinson House
