The Cleaver House

Current Conditions
The Joseph Cleaver House is asbestos-free. The asbestos and abatement plan, completed under the direction of DNREC, was initiated and completed following local, state, and federal compliance regulations. The house has also had all old carpeting, obsolete appliances, debris, and lead paint removed.
The Cleaver House requires major structural repairs involving foundation, roof, floor, and masonry repairs.
