
We have reached our cap of 17,000 Delaware surf-fishing permits issued for this calendar year. With the surf-fishing permit cap figure attained, no more surf tag permits will be issued until December.

State park offices are now open with limited hours of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day. Nature centers and playgrounds remain closed, and all in-person programs have been cancelled. Masks must be worn in all public areas where social distancing cannot be maintained.
